How long will my repair be done?

For iPhone screen replacement will be done in 15 mins. For Android screen replacement will be done in 30 mins. For Other parts replacement usually will be done in 30 mins. For Motherboard repair usually will be done in 1-3 days. Some cases might take longer if the problem is complicated.
Do I need appointment for my repair?

No appointment is needed for your repair service. You can always stop by when you have time, but you can call us to check parts inventory for your device before your visit.
I am not living in New York. Can I send my device to repair?

No problem at all, we will take care of you, but shipping fee will be on your own. Please let us know you are shipping your device to us and send us shipping information after your shipped your device.
What is your business hours?

Roosevelt store: 9AM to 8PM everyday including federal holidays. Kissena store: 9AM to 7PM everyday including federal holidays.
